              Sausage and cheese

     The dough:
     Either:  1  can  of  Pillsbury  cres  dinner  roll.  Separate  into  2

     large  rectangles.  Put  in  a  non-buttered  dish.  Seal  the
     perforations.
     Or homemade:
     2  cups  flour.  3  tbsp  baking  powder.  1/2  tsp  salt.  2  tbsp
     sugar. 6 tbsp bacon. 1 egg. 2/3 cup milk. Place the dough in

     a  lightly  buttered  dish.  (9x13)  The  homemade  recipe  has
     more dough than you will need. The dough should rise up
     to halfway up the rim of the dish.


         250 gr cooked pork                     3/4 cup milk
         sausages, cut in half                  1/4 cup green pepper cut
         lengthwise.                            in half
         2 cups cheese                          2 tbsp green onions

         8 eleven swiss or Monterey             1/2 tbsp salt
         Jack cheese                            1/4 tbsp pepper
         4 lightly beaten eggs                  1/4 tbsp oregano

     Place the sausages on the pastry to cover the bottom of the

    dish. Put the cheese on top. Mix all the other ingredients and
                 pour this mixture over the whole dish.
                        Bake 425F for 20 to 25 min.
                          Serve with green salad.
