                   Rhubarbe slush












         Ingredients:
              8 cup of rhubarb                   3 cup of sugar
               small cut                         1/2 cup of lemon

              8 cup of water                     juice
                                                 Strawberry jelly






         Mix the chopped rhubarb, water, sugar and
         lemon juice and boil for 15 minutes.
         Filter or process the rhubarb stew in a food

         processor. Add a large strawberry jelly, mix
         again.

         Freeze the result obtained but stir the mixture
         several times in order to blend the preparation.



         Serve with ginger ale and rum or whatever you
         like... Yummy.
