17.5. The Company does not wish this policy to be implemented in a heavy-handed way, but expects that staff
members will work within the spirit of the policy.
18.1. Management Prerogative
Management reserves the right to change or amend the policies, rules and regulations of the Company
from time to time to suit the changing needs of the business and legislation in South Africa. Employees
shall be consulted fully in such event.
