COMPLETE THE STREAMLINING OF ENROLLMENT PROCESSES BY APRIL 1, 2020

The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
A One Stop Enrollment Center will be created.
Student Success Services will conduct an audit of departmental compliance practices.
Institutional Research and Decision Support will conduct an audit of the student information system.
Information Technology Services will explore and implement the change from an on premise to cloud-based ERP system.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
The Prahl College Center will be redesigned to create optimal Student Success Services.
All Student Success Services departments will be in compliance of state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
A report identifying available applications will be provided
with an implementation and training plan to improve efficiency across departments.
The exploration will conclude by 6/30/19 and implementation will take approximately 3 years.
