The President will provide resources where appropriate and required.
The President will stay abreast of and evaluate pertinent national and local trends and high impact practices for information and decision-making.
The admission application process will be redesigned to include a program pathway.
Institutional Research and Decision Support will monitor and report the progress of pathway implementation process.
Information Technology Services
and Academic Affairs will work collaboratively to ensure any program changes affecting pathways are updated in the College’s
student information systems.
The President will monitor completion of the strategic
goal on a monthly basis and stakeholder perception annually.
The President will monitor current trends and best practices on a monthly basis.
All students completing an application for admission will have an auto- generated program pathway.
Clearly defined program pathways for non-credit to credit programs will be available in the student portal.
A dashboard will be created to show the pathway implementation progress.
All implementation of necessary changes determined by Academic Affairs and Student Success Services will occur within
30 days of the request.
