Beverly Bolds is a familiar face that some may know since she started as a temporary before being hired at Mott as a Custodian. Beverly has almost 8 years of experience working in janitorial and custodial positions. She has experience in the hospitality industry as well. When you think of “hospitality” you think of going the “extra mile” to make your guests feel welcome. And Beverly has always gone the extra mile here at Mott to make sure the job gets done!
Brandell Carnes is the next new Custodian that we want to introduce you all to. Brandell worked as a Custodian at the International Academy of Flint, where his constant hard work and dedication lead him to a Custodial Supervisory role. Life hasn’t just been all about work for Brandell however, as he has also been active in various community initiatives, including serving as President for the Community Foundation Youth Grant Committee and a Board Member of the Neighborhood Violence Prevention Collaborative. Welcome, Brandell.
Rhonda Carr is likely another familiar face since she started as a temporary at Mott as well. Rhonda has proven to be an exceptional employee and has been described by teammates to be a very hard worker, enthusiastic and conscientious. She consistently goes out of her way to check on others, and help wherever she can. Rhonda has experience from Assembly Line Worker to Home Health Aide, Housekeeping and even working on oil rigs out of Texas. Rhonda is also a foster parent. We think she will settle in quite nicely into the Mott family!
Tracy Jenkins has over 10 years of experience in the Custodial feld, working in Hospitals, and school systems from elementary, middle and high schools. She was promoted to Head Custodian in many of those schools. Saying that Tracy is “dependable” is almost an understatement. She has never missed one day of scheduled work throughout her entire career! Her positive attitude and teamwork will make her a great ft here at Mott!
Stacey Neil is our fnal Custodian to introduce. She has over 11 years of experience as an Aircraft Appearance Technician for Southwest Airlines. She spent over 10 years performing custodial duties out of Kettering University. Most recently, she was Lead Custodian at Hi-Tec Building Services.
