Arrival & Dailly Call Times
On load-in days, 20 minutes prior to your arrival on site, call or text your sponsor coordinator, Syron
(937-554-5360). She will meet your team at the front gates with your credential packet. On show days,
please arrive with enough time to set up, place finishing touches, and have all staff in place by 11a (1 hr
prior to doors).

Load-in Credentials
The festival site will be closed to the public beginning August 21. During load-in, all personnel on site will be
issued load-in specific credentials. Load-in credentials are different from your festival credentials. Your
team will absolutely not be granted entry to site without a load-in credential.

Daily Breakdown and Load-out Times
Sponsors are permitted to begin closing activations at 9p each day, or approximately the time the headliner
takes the stage. Please note that your team may begin to load out Sunday night, however VEHICLES ARE
NOT PERMITTED ON SITE UNTIL ALL FANS HAVE CLEARED THE GROUNDS, approximately 11:30p on
Sunday. This is subject to change, and vehicle movement is contingent upon approval from our Site
Manager. When your team is given the all clear and ready to begin moving vehicles, please get the final
go-ahead your Operations Coordinator, Dan.

Medic
Paramedic staff will be onsite and accessible to your crew
August 20-23: 10 AM to 6 PM
August 24-25: 10 AM to 12:00 AM
August 26: 9 AM to 8 PM.
