CREDENTIALS & TICKETING S

Pick-Up
Credentials will be issued to personnel who are attending the festival in a working capacity on behalf of
your brand. Credential packets will be distributed by the Sponsorship team directly to your team as they
arrive onsite. 20 minutes prior to arrival onsite, call or text to your Sponsor Coordinator, Syron
(937-554-5360). She will meet your team at the front gate with your credential packet.

Festival tickets will be issued to personnel who are attending the festival in a leisure capacity on behalf your
brand. Festival tickets will be emailed to your team ahead of the festival.

Additional Credential Requests
Please notify your Sponsorship Team immediately of any additional credential or ticket needs. A custom link
will be created where you may purchase.

Catering
Should you choose to opt-in to catering, dated meal vouchers will be included in your credential packet.
This voucher will allow your team to access daily meals at staff catering during the following times:

Breakfast: 7:30am-10am
Lunch: 12pm-3pm
Dinner: 6pm-9pm

Take-away service is also available from staff catering.
1.Assign a single person from your team to take all your vouchers to the cafe.
2.Hand them in and indicate where your activation is allocated on site.
3.Your meals will then be delivered to you
