               League.


                The boycott included Egyptian products, companies and individuals dealing with "Israel",

               the suspension of flights, and the prevention of financial aid planned for Egypt after the
               1973 war. Saudi Arabia refused to finance an American aircraft deal to Egypt, and the

               partnership of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the Emirates with the Arab Organization for
               Industrialization project, which was supposed to be based on The land of Egypt.}{1}

               The "secret documents" released by the US State Department regarding the Camp David
               treaty and peace negotiations between Egypt and the "Israeli occupation" state revealed

               the reluctance of some Arab powers to openly support the negotiations at the time, so they
               turned to support them secretly, contrary to their stated position, in order to preserve Its

               internal image is before its people, especially since this stage was witnessing a state of
               popular rejection of any peace negotiations with the "occupation state" that did not include
               the rest of the Arab lands.


               The documents revealed that Palestinian parties are convinced of the Egyptian approach,

               and that it is better to negotiate and obtain the maximum possible concessions and come
               up with the least losses. This trend was confirmed by one of the telegrams issued on

               September 7, 1978, in which it was stated that Moshe Dayan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs
               of the Occupation, met with some Palestinian leaders Supporters of negotiations with the

               Israelis, and US Secretary of State Cyrus Vance referred to this matter, who said that he
               discussed the same point with his Egyptian counterpart, Mohamed Ibrahim Kamel, who

               confirmed that if Camp David came out with a good agreement; Palestine and the Arabs
               will join the negotiations


               In contrast to Washington’s endeavor to ensure the support of the most important regional
               parties to the Camp David agreement, it also wanted to attract Jordan and Syria to this
