 File Owner & Moderator Dashboards
The dashboard feature will provide file owners and moderators with a summary
view of the DAC6 files which require actions. Additionally, the information
displayed will enable both file owners and moderators to quickly understand files
that contain hallmarks which are approaching their report date and those which
still require sign-off before a report to the local authority can be generated.

Breakdown
o Display DAC6 files in a bar chart showing files that are opened, hallmarked
Pending Sign-Off, hallmarked part-reported and privileged pending sign-off
o Display DAC6 files in order of reporting. Overdue, Due in 7 Days, Due in 14
Days and Due in 21 Days.
o File Owner’s dashboard data will only include files that they are assigned to
o Moderator’s dashboard data will only include files that they are assigned to
o Selecting a section of the office pie chart will filter the practice group pie chart
to show only files related to the selected office.
o Open the ‘File List’ by clicking on any dashboard entry, and automatically
filtering the file list based on the data selected from the dashboard
