Breakdown
o Create a single DAC6 file entry supplying the matter reference.
o During the file creation, allow the user to indicate if they believe the matter
includes any cross-border arrangements, so that the file can be prioritized in
the same manner that Ghost Digital & Data will during a discovery workshop.
Options to include yes=100%, no=25% and don’t know=50%.
o Amend all file data (Excluding matter reference)
o Amend the method in which services are being provided (Service Provider or
Promoter)
o Add one or many file owners (Fee Earners & Partners)
o Assign and change a File’s primary owner
o Add one or many Tax & Privilege Moderators
o Add one or many intermediaries
o Add one or many associated parties
o Perform an assessment to identify and append new hallmarks
o Manually append a new hallmark
o Sign off a hallmark – Tax moderator only
o Revoke a hallmark
o Set the file as ‘Subject to Privilege’
o Sign off client privilege – Privilege moderator only
o Add and update free format notes
o Maintain and timeline displaying all historical, future milestones & reminders
o Close a file
