MODALITIES AND PROGRAMS
7. Monitoring and Evaluation
Periodic monitoring and evaluation shall be conducted by the University
of Extension Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. The barangay officials and
women leaders are trained to be observant and analytical, hence, serve as key
informants of the program. The information is used to supplement the results of
the M&E. A pre- assessment is conducted before a major intervention is
undertaken, serving as basis for the assessment of the project’s outputs,
effects and impacts in the evaluation of the project. During and after evaluation
is undertaken with the barangay officials. Experiential learning shall be
introduced in this phase to strengthen the action-reflection-action abilities of
the officials.
