3. Menu Bar. The menu bar includes the following: EZ Rewardz, My Profile, RewardZone, News, Promotions and
Daily Trivia. Rewards, Promotions (Promo), Trivia and Ordering the EZRewardZ Card are also accessible:
The “EZ Rewardz” Tab includes:
Promotions. By clicking on the name of the promotion, participants may view the policy number and points received for
a policy that was uploaded during a current promotion.
Trivia. This provides the date that the participant answered the trivia question correctly.
Bonus. This is where participants may view the points that have been manually assigned for special promotional items
or points for policies that did not automatically assign points.
