Point Forfeiture:
Intentional misrepresentation by the participant may result in forfeiture of points. Participation is immediately
invalidated should the participant leave the agency or there is suspension or termination of the agency contract.
Promotional Updates:
Promotions, tasks and points may change at the discretion of Infinity Insurance Company at any time, without
notification. Participants should check the website for details on current promotions.
THE EZ REWARDZ CARD
The EZ RewardZ Card is the property of the participant. Points are redeemed through the EZ RewardZ Card.
Once registered, participants may begin earning points for eligible applications that are submitted based upon
promotions available to their agency code.
EZ RewardZ Card Transfer:
Should the participant move to a new agency, the associated Easy Street account can be transferred to the new agency
code. It is the responsibility of the participant to contact the Easy Street Helpdesk by sending an email to
easystreet@kemper.com to initiate the transfer.
EZ RewardZ Card Expiration:
When the EZ RewardZ Card expires, the participant should call Netspend at 1-877-562-2235. The EZ RewardZ
Mastercard® is a prepaid credit card. Infinity Insurance Company Easy Street and their subsidiaries are not responsible
for funds lost on the EZ RewardZ Mastercard®.
EZ RewardZ Card Management:
The EZ RewardZ Card is activated and managed by NetSpend®: https://www.mynetspend.com/. They may be contacted
at 1-877-562-2235 (phone), 1-888-628-9125 (fax) or P.O. Box 2136, Austin, Tx 78768-2136 (mail).
Ordering the EZ RewardZ Card:
Once the participant’s account is verified and at least 10,000 points have been accumulated, the participant may
request the EZ RewardZ card.
