Visit https://www.infinityeasystreet.com/login.do, log in, navigate to the EZ RewardZ Tab and select “ORDER YOUR
CARD” from the drop down menu.

When ordering the card, participants must be sure that the mailing address on the Easy Street website is their home
address. The bank will utilize the mailing address to confirm the participant’s identity when activating the EZ RewardZ
card.
The EZ RewardZ card is not pre-loaded, meaning that there is no money on the card when it is mailed to the participant.
The participant must activate the EZ RewardZ card prior to use by calling the number on the card.

Once the card is activated, the participant must log in to their Easy Street account, select “Card Loads” from the drop-
down menu under the EZ Rewards tab, click on “Load points” and follow the prompts to complete the activation
process.

REDEEM POINTS

Once earned, points may be redeemed at any time. All redeemed points are taxable and subject to receive a 1099 for
the amount redeemed during a calendar year.

Points that are not redeemed by March 31 of the year following the year in which they were earned will expire. For
example, points earned in 2020 must be redeemed by March 31, 2021.
