The exit interview and career goals survey is a critical activity of the disembarkation process. Not only does it give
Fleet an idea of crew on-board experience but more importantly, it tells the fleet and principal what can be
improved. Furthermore, the career goals and life aspiration gives fleet a valuable insight of what crew envisioned
years from now and what intervention Magsaysay can do to help them achieve their plans.
