         Parents, Teachers and Therapists - Activities for Children Following the Chapter:
         • Ask the children to make a funny drawing of their Imp of Fear.
         • Ask them to tell about a moment when they have overcome fear and think what magic powers
         they used. (You may use the Magical Powers cards).
         • Practice relaxing breathing, relaxation techniques, guided imagery of a safe place, and "Flipping
         Channels" with them – an exercise in which one sees their thought as TV channels; these may
         be various channels which they may as they wish, from news to cartoons, to wildlife, to a thriller
         (representing pleasant and unpleasant thoughts).
