Wizder the Observer told the children that              CHAPTER 7

 when the imps manage to overcome them,
 they sometimes blow up and grow so much   THE TAMED IMPS CIRCUS
 that they fill your entire heart and body.

 When this happens, it becomes hard to tell   That night Jonathan dreamt he was in a very peculiar circus. Instead of elephants
            and lions, this circus had tamed imps that behaved like the magical powers he

 "It's very simple. Each imp sends messages
 and signals in your body before they emerge.

 We've already learned that the Imp of
 Anger makes us feel a knot in our stomach
 or a contraction in our jaw; the Imp of Fear

 makes us have rapid heartbeats, short
 breath, tremors or sweating; and the Imp of
 Timidity makes us feel very small as if we
 were shrunk."






 Ask the children:
 Can you identify any additional physical sensations and examine which imps make you feel this way?
