                                                                                                                                   With all our projects and the usual challenges that came

                                                                                                                                   I realize that this is a cause for celebration. I, myself, have
                                                                                                                                   been with the company for 16 years of the four decades we
                                                                                                                                   are clocking in and I look back fondly to where we came from.
                                                                                                                                   We honed in on sustained training and talent development
                                                                                                                                   for our employees, recognizing that they are our best assets;
                                                                                                                                   that we have thousands of subject matter experts through-
                                                                                                                                   out the enterprise who are second to none. We developed
                                                                                                                                   powerful synergies and expanded operations in different
                                                                                                                                   geographies.   We drove innovation as a norm and continued
                                                                                                                                   to push hard on faster technology adoption.


                                                                                                                                   The road we travel calls for our collective effort on
                                                                                                                                   our priorities to make the company better and more
                                                                                                                                   successful every passing year.  So, on our 40th year,
                                                                                                                                   I ask everyone to channel our inner spirits towards
                                                                                                                                   creating the vibe and infusing positive energy at all levels
                                                                                                                                   in the organization. Let’s make all of our efforts fruitful and
                                                                                                                                   be grateful for them. But most importantly, let’s remember
                                                                                                                                   to celebrate all of our successes every day to make the next
                                                                                                                                   40 years of SPi Global fly by like a breeze.
