How to experience SPi Global at 40 Years
Forty years in business is a huge milestone for any com-
pany. It signals a long history of growth and overcoming
challenges, and a testament to the commitment and hard
work of its people. On its 40th Anniversary, SPi Global
celebrates all that – and more!
Because “life begins at 40”, SPi Global promises
renewed vigor and vitality in reinforcing the synergy
between People and Technology – the pillars of success
which have enabled the company to reach this truly
important milestone.
But how can employees fully experience SPi Global at 40
years? Here are some ways on how you can celebrate and
join in the energetic vibe:
1. Bask in creativity.
As a team, creativity is key when solving problems that
affect productivity and performance, and when coming up
with strategies that address the needs of our clients. But
the everyday grind can sometimes dampen an employ-
ee’s creativity, leaving the person uninspired or stifled,
that finding a fresh perspective in the workplace becomes
impossible. Sometimes, seeing a nicely painted landscape
or a thoughtfully composed photograph can clear the
cobwebs in the mind. For others, expressing themselves
through art is the way to go.
This is why SPi Global has come up with the first
ever Visual Arts Competition and Exhibit, , to provide
a venue that can inspire creativity while showcasing
the artistic talents of SPi Global folks in their respec-
tive sites. A sure treat for visual arts buffs and fans,
it’s a chance for artists to give in to their inner Pablo
Picasso or hidden Alberto Korda, as categories include
both traditional 2D and digital 2D art. Now open for
submissions, cash prizes are in store for winning
entries with the theme “40 Years of People and
Technology”. Artists interested to put their master-

2. Build unity in diversity.
Aside from having 40 years of successful business
under its belt, SPi Global boasts of a culture that
nurtures the interests and hobbies of employees.
From holding free dance workshops to sponsoring
summer sports tournaments, mobile gaming events
and music festivals, the company fosters camaraderie
among colleagues through engaging experiences that
forge friendships between like-minded individuals.
This year, SPi Global unveils a unique way to build
unity in diversity. Employees of different interests
can come together as a group to share their flair for
music, writing, video production, and dance, in
support of the Jingle Music Video Making Contest.
Promoting cross-collaboration, the contest aims
to show that enhanced brand loyalty can also be
achieved through fun and entertaining projects.
The winning entry will serve as SPi Global’s first
official jingle, which will earn the collaborators brag-
ging rights, prize money, and the honor of making it
