Collaboration and empathy have been key for us to keep working and maintaining a
good environment. In general, we discovered that working from home has many
advantages, and it has been a good experience. Finding different ways to do things is
always interesting!
We end this year feeling grateful for our health, family, and work. To employees
who had difficult times or losses in their family, feel stronger, and be proud of
your resilience.
We also want to thank our clients who have partnered with us on this journey, being
very accessible to and supportive of our teams.
SPi Global is an organization that prioritizes our safety and gives us the tools and
resources to keep serving our clients even during unexpected times. THANK YOU ALL!
Let’s start a new year with hope, energy, creativity, and let’s keep learning and
preparing for new challenges in 2021.
2020 has been a demanding year for all of us. Natural disasters, social unrest and tragedies
across geographies tested our strength of spirit as an organization. Above all the trials that

we faced, the biggest test to our fortitude and commitment to the organization was the
COVID-19 outbreak. But despite the difficulties that came with it, we rose as one.

Management, SPi China willed to be creative, think out of the box and take actions to

We have looked to each other for guidance and support this last year, and it is our collective
effort that has allowed the company to pivot smoothly into the new normal.

And as we look back to the near-ending year, it’s important to remember the valuable

lessons we have learned amidst uncertainties, the relationships we have built and cultivated
across distances, the commitment we have reaffirmed as a global team, the accomplish-

ments we can be proud of, and the successes we can be grateful for.
