  - Focus on management under the principles of corporate governance, by conducting business with transparency, verifiability, anti-corruption, fair management of the stakeholders’ interests, maintenance and protection of customers’ personal data, and management of risks in various dimensions that may occur in the value chain.

 - Adopt the top 2 prioritized sustainability factors, G1 : Good Governance and Organization Leadership and G2 : Cyber Security Oversight
- To achieve the sustainability goals above, THP has short- and long-term action plans, totaling 2 plans, as follows : 1. Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) Plan

   Objectives and Goals
  - To focus on generating income from innovation and new businesses (New S-Curve) to support sustainable growth of the organization and develop businesses to support living in a digital society, rendering the convenient and fast use of the service in a more secure digital format, in order to be a part of driving Thai economy and society towards sustainability. The top 1 priority sustainability factor was E1 : Responsible Development of Products, Services, and User Management
   Operational Guidelines
 - To achieve the above sustainability goal, which is the development of products, services, and management of service users responsibly, THP has short- and long-term action plans, totaling 3 plans, as follows :

- To use customer data to manage customer relationships by conducting marketing activities that use customer
data as the center for promotions, campaigns, and offers to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction by presenting products/ services, promotions, discounts, or special benefits suited to each customer’s needs as defined in THP’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development plan
