the society. He was able to embrace him love him and tell him
that God loves you. The cross which was a place of punishment
because of Jesus now becomes a womb of life and hope. Jesus in a
way de-criminalizes this Criminal giving him a new hope when
the Roman Empire criminalized him. This decriminalizing
way of Jesus in embracing everybody in being inclusive in
accommodating everyone and creating that space where there
is none is the beauty of this womb of life and hope on the cross
through Jesus Christ. Amidst our own suffering and pain. We
are always reminded to instill hope where there is none.
Prayer
Loving God, help us to trust you whole heartedly and
display our faith in you in all circumstances. Help us to instil
hope where there is none for we have experienced you rod and
staff in our darkest moments. May the cross continue to be a
sign of hope for all, In Jesus' name we we pray, Amen.
