4.2 Reviewing Key Performance Areas
The employee's KPA's and KPI's have been automatically loaded from the EPMDS database,
which was reviewed by line managers before the review period. If any information is incorrect,
please contact the Training Department for support. Remember to provide details regarding
the specific outcomes and results that were achieved for each KPA in the relevant cell.
