4.3  Allocating KPA Weightings









         Weightings    show   the   relative   importance   of   each   Key   Performance   Area   in   terms   of   the
         employee's   job.      Weightings   can   help   the   line   manager   and   employee   discuss   priorities   and
         agree  on  what  is  really  important  in  the  employee's  overall  job.  The  weightings  will  be  entered
         by  the  line  managers  themselves.  All  weightings  allocated  per  KPA  must  equate  to  100%.  If  not,
         the form will show an error and the final rating will not be calculated.
