No one may drive a vehicle that is not
roadworthy ever. This is a non-negotiable.
If you don't have a roadworthy vehicle in
your fleet the day you need it, either postpone
the trip or rent a vehicle for the trip as per the
normal processes.
Driving a vehicle that is not roadworthy has
safety and insurance implications, for both
the driver as well as the Company.
