Results of foreign business inspection in 2024
2.1 ผู้้้รับอนุญาตทีประกอบธุรกิจครบ 1 ปี จําานวน 380 ใบอนุญาต Licensee completing business for 1 year, in a total of 380 entities:
• ประกอบธุรกิจเป็นไปตมที่ได้รับอนุญตและ มีกรถ่ยทอดเทคโนโลยีตมแผน จํานวน 309 ใบอนุญต
• ไม่ส่งเอกสรหลักฐนให้ตรวจสอบ จํานวน 44 ใบอนุญต แบ่งเป็น
- ไม่ชีีแจงข้อเท็จจริงและไม่สื่งเอกสืารห้ลักฐาน
ให้้ต่รวจสือบ จําานวน 27 ใบอนุญาต่ ซึงเข้าข่าย เป็นค์วามผิด้ฐานฝ่่าฝ่ืนไม่ปฏิบัต่ิต่ามห้นังสืือ สือบถามห้รือห้นังสืือเรียกให้้ชีีแจงข้อเท็จจริง ต่ามมาต่รา 30 (1) แห้่งพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิการ ประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าวพิ.ศ.2542
- เลิกประกอบธุุรกิจ จําานวน 15 ใบอนุญาต่
- ไม่สืามารถต่ิด้ต่่อได้้จําานวน2ใบอนุญาต่
• ตดิ ตมตรวจสอบในปถี ดั ไปจํา นวน27ใบอนญุ ต
• Fully compliance with law and implementation of technology transfer plan amount 309 entities • Failed to submit documents for examination
amount 44 entities that divided into;
- Failed to disclose the information and failed to submit documents for examination amount 27 entities. This type of conduct is regarded as an offense under section 30 (1) of the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999)
- Cease to operate business amount 15 entities
- Unabletocontact2entities
• Follow-up for the following year 27 entities
