2.2 ติดตามการนําาส่งทุนขันตําาของนิติบุคคลต่างด้าวทไี ด้รับอนุญาต Inspection Results of Minimum Capital Remittance
• ในปี 2567 มีแผนการต่ิด้ต่ามการนําาสื่งทุนขันต่ําา ของนิต่ิบุค์ค์ลต่่างด้้าวทีได้้รับอนุญาต่ จําานวน 55 ราย โด้ยมี จําานวนนิต่ิบุค์ค์ลต่่างด้้าว 58 ราย แจ้งการนําาสื่งทุนขันต่ําา ต่ามจาํานวนและระยะเวลาทกีฎห้มายกาําห้นด้ผา่นระบบต่ด้ิต่าม การประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว (e-followup CG) ค์ิด้เป็น ร้อยละ 105 จากแผนการต่ิด้ต่าม
• In 2024, there is a plan to follow up 55 foreign entities who have granted the licenses on transferring the minimum capital. There were 58 foreign entities notified transferringtheminimumcapitalaspertheprescribed amount and time period specified by law through the tracking system of doing business (e-followup CG). This is accounted for 105% of the follow up plan.
