ในปีงบประมาณ 2567 กําาห้นด้แผนการต่รวจสือบ นิต่ิบุค์ค์ลไทยทีมีค์นต่่างด้้าวร่วมถือหุ้้นทีอาจมีลักษณะ นอมินี โด้ยมีเป้าห้มาย 4 กลุ่มธุุรกิจ ได้้แก่ ธุุรกิจท่องเทียวและ เกียวเนืองกับท่องเทียว ธุุรกิจค์้าทีด้ิน อสืังห้าริมทรัพิย์ การถือ ค์รองอสืังห้าริมทรัพิย์ ธุุรกิจโรงแรม รีสือร์ท และธุุรกิจขนสื่ง และโลจิสืต่ิกสื์ โด้ยด้ําาเนินการค์ัด้กรองกลุ่มเสืียงและมีห้นังสืือ ถึงกรรมการและผ้้ถือหุ้้นเพิือชีีแจงเกียวกับการประกอบธุุรกิจ จําานวน 498 ราย สืรุปผลการต่รวจสือบได้้ ด้ังนี
1) นิต่ิบุค์ค์ลทีไม่มีพิฤต่ิกรรมน่าสืงสืัยเข้าข่ายใน ลักษณะนอมินี จําานวน 390 ราย เนืองจากนิต่ิบุค์ค์ลชีีแจงการ ประกอบธุุรกิจแล้วไม่พิบข้อสืังเกต่ห้รือพิบการกระทําาผิด้
2) นต่ิ บิ ค์ุ ค์ลฝ่า่ ฝ่นื ไมป่ ฏบิ ต่ั ต่ิ ามห้นงั สือื เรยี ก ไมชี่ แี จง ข้อเท็จจริงและไม่สื่งเอกสืารห้ลักฐานให้้ต่รวจสือบ จําานวน 72 ราย ฐานฝ่่าฝ่ืนค์ําาสืังสืารวัต่รบัญชีีต่ามพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิ การบัญชีี พิ.ศ. 2543 กับนิต่ิบุค์ค์ลทีไม่ปฏิบัต่ิต่ามห้นังสืือเรียก ไมชี่ แี จงขอ้ เทจ็ จรงิ และไมสื่ ง่ เอกสืารห้ลกั ฐานให้ต่้ รวจสือบ และ ห้มายเห้ตุ่ในห้น้าห้นังสืือรับรองว่า “นิต่ิบุค์ค์ลนีไม่จัด้สื่งบัญชีี และ/ห้รอืไมชี่แีจงการจด้ัทาําบญัชีีรอบปบีญัชีี2565ห้รอื2566”
3) นิต่ิบุค์ค์ลไม่มีสืําานักงานแห้่งให้ญ่ต่ังอย่้ ณ สืถานที
ต่ังต่ามทีจด้ทะเบียนไว้ จําานวน 8 ราย ซึงได้้ด้ําาเนินการ registered location. Therefore, the remark has been made
In fiscal year 2024, the subject of investigation concerning nominees’ shareholdings was targeted on 4 business sectors, namely (1) tourism and tourism-related businesses (2) land and real estate trading and real estate holding businesses (3) Hotel & Resort businesses and (4) logistics & transportation. The amount of 498 entities screened as the risk groups, the letters will be sent to directors and shareholders to clarify their businesses;
1) 390 entities showed no conduct suspicious of nominee shareholding; a juristic person clarified the business operation, and no offense
2) 72 entities failed to follow the instructions given in the authority’s notice, failed to disclose the information, and failed to submit documents for examination by the responsible officials. The affidavits of these entities were marked with “This juristic person failed to submit accounting books and/or failed to provide bookkeeping-related explanation for the accounting year 2022 or 2023”.
3) 8 entities do not have a head office at the
