(1) นิติบุคคลที่อจเข้ข่ยกระทําควมผิด ในลักษัณะนอมินี จําานวน 4 ราย ซึงผ้้ถือหุ้้นค์นไทยยอมรับ ว่าต่นมีชีือเป็นผ้้ถือหุ้้นในบริษัทโด้ยไม่ได้้ชีําาระเงินค์่าหุ้้น มีค์น ต่่างด้้าวเป็นผ้้จ่ายค์่าหุ้้นแทน นําาชีือเข้าเป็นผ้้ถือหุ้้นเพิือให้้ค์น ต่่างด้้าวสืามารถประกอบธุุรกิจได้้ แบ่งเป็นธุุรกิจท่องเทียวและ เกียวเนือง 2 ราย ธุุรกิจทีเกียวข้องกับอสืังห้าริมทรัพิย์ 2 ราย
(2) นิติบุคคลต่งด้วที่ประกอบธุรกิจโดย ไม่ได้รับอนุญต จําานวน 2 ราย ซึงประกอบธุุรกิจนําาเทียว มีการเปลียนแปลงสืัด้สื่วนการถือค์รองหุ้้นจนมีสืถานะเป็น ค์นต่่างด้้าวทําาให้้เข้าข่ายเป็นค์วามผิด้ต่ามพิระราชีบัญญัต่ิ การประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว โด้ยได้้สื่งด้ําาเนินค์ด้ีต่าม กฎห้มายแล้ว

(1) suspicious conduct of nominee shareholding: 4 entities, i.e. tourism and tourism-related businesses 2 entities, and real estate trading businesses 2 entities, in the case where Thai shareholders admit that they are listed as shareholders in the company without paying for the shares. There is the foreigner who pays for the shares instead. Registered as a shareholder by using Thai’s name so that foreigners can conduct the business
(2) doing business without permission: There are 2 entities who operate tourism businesses, and have changed the proportion of shareholding became foreigners. These offenses the Foreign Business Act, B.E. 2542 (1999), and the cases have been already submitted to prosecute according to law.
