การชีําาระเงินแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกสื์ (e-Payment) ใบเสืร็จรับเงิน อิเล็กทรอนิกสื์ (e-Receipt) การลงลายมือชีืออิเล็กทรอนิกสื์ (Digital Signature) การออกใบอนุญาต่/ห้นังสืือรับรองแบบ อิเล็กทรอนิกสื์ (e-Foreign Business License / e-Foreign Certificate) ผ่านชี่องทางออนไลน์ และผ้้รับบริการสืามารถ ด้าวน์โห้ลด้ใบอนุญาต่/ห้นังสืือรับรองการประกอบธุุรกิจ ผ่านชี่องทางออนไลน์ได้้ในทันที
โด้ยห้ลังจากเปิด้ให้้บริการระบบด้ังกล่าว ค์รบ 3 เด้ือน (สืิงห้าค์ม – ตุ่ลาค์ม 2567) พิบว่า ได้้รับการต่อบรับจาก ผ้้ใชี้บริการเป็นอย่างด้ี มีการยืนค์ําาขอผ่านระบบ e-Foreign Business 3 เด้ือน เฉลียร้อยละ 88 ต่่อเด้ือน จะเห้็นได้้ว่า ในเด้ือนสืิงห้าค์มซึงเป็นเด้ือนแรกทีเปิด้ให้้บริการ มีนักลงทุน ต่่างชีาต่ิและบริษัทผ้้แทนเข้าใชี้งานระบบฯ กว่า ร้อยละ 77 เด้ือนกันยายน ร้อยละ 89 และ เด้ือนตุ่ลาค์ม ร้อยละ 97 ซงึ เปน็ การใชีบ้ รกิ ารผา่ นระบบออนไลนท์ เี พิมิ ขนึ อยา่ งต่อ่ เนอื ง แทนทกี ารใชีบ้ รกิ ารรป้ แบบ walk in แบบเด้มิ สืะทอ้ นถงึ ให้เ้ ห้น็ ถงึ ค์วามเชีอื มนั และค์วามค์วามพิงึ พิอใจทนี กั ลงทนุ ชีาวต่า่ งชีาต่ิ มีต่่อระบบการให้้บริการของกรม ทีชี่วยอําานวยค์วามสืะด้วก และประห้ยัด้ค์่าใชี้จ่ายของภาค์ธุุรกิจ
electronic receipts (e-Receipt), electronic signatures (Digital Signature), issuance of electronic licenses/certificates (e-Foreign Business License/e-Foreign Certificate) through online and the applicant can download business licenses/ certificates via online channels immediately.
After opening the system for 3 months (August - October 2024), it was found that it had received a good response from users. Requests were submitted through the e-Foreign Business system for 3 months; averaging 88% per month. It can be seen that in August, the first month of service, there were more than 77% of foreign investors and representative companies using the system, in September 89% and October 97%, which is a continuous increase in using online services instead of using the walk-in services. It reflects the confidence and satisfaction of foreign investors in this service system that helps facilitate and save costs for the business sector.
