Activity: To construct square root spiral using ruler and Compass
A geometric representation of square spiral was demonstrated in the class, where students
followed the same instruction and though it is an online platform, they have done equally
better than offline classes.
This spiral has made children to be more innovative in the way they presented .This shows
their involvement in learning new ideas and inculcating their ideas which is main objective
of this activity
Square roots are important because they show up when we compute areas, which is a fairly
practical application. Children get a better view before constructing any plan which is the
major step to be taken before implementing any ideas .Overall students enjoyed making this
spiral and were enthusiastic in sharing their ideas.
