           This SOP's Purpose/Goal
           Provide process to disseminate important information in advance prior to the learning event.
           Standard Operation:
             1. Course materials that includes logistical information and detailed description of content that incorporates sessions objectives are created.
               a.  The eight (8) week cycle course schedule for each module is composed three weeks prior to end of last scheduled course.
             2. Review and approve schedule.
               a. Schedule created by data manager and emailed to client training coordinator.
               b. Client training coordinator reviews and approves schedule and email data manager.
             3. Updated in web application "GoSignMeUp"  (https://subr.gosignmeup.com/Public/Course/Browse).
               a. Data manager logs into system using administrator username and password and edit program information by;
               1. Click on course grid icon from main page.
               2. On course current page enter the last cohort title in search title bar.
               3. Duplicate the track to crate the new program event by selecting track and under action select 'duplicate'.
               4. Course listing page will open, click on the course to duplicate.
               5. Edit course page opens and update following tabs (you will do this for all 8 modules);
                 a. Instructor - list the facilitator of the course by crossing from drop-down list
                 b. Category - Select Main Course from drop-down and sub category from drop down list.
                 c. Sub category 2 - enter in new sub-category 2 which will be the next level of track (sequence is 01,02,03, etc.)
                 d. Information Tab:
             -Course: enter new course name in format (Track 6 EXEC0, please enter the next track level followed by course abbrev.)
             -Course Name: Enter course name with the new track level (Track 6 Module 0 Executive Leadership Certificate Bundle; the name will not change only the
             track level)
             -Course Description: Enter the course objective and the CEUs that will be earned upon successful completion of course
             -How many days is your course: Online class should be checked do not
             identify any number of days.
             -Start and End Time Display comment: Enter duration of course in format
             (Online Course: 11/30/2020 - 01/24/2021)
             -Dates:
             Date (1) - enter start date Date (2) - enter end date
             Start Time - 7:30am (0n Date 1 line) Finish Time - 7:30 pm (Date 2 line)
             note: Do not enter finish time on date 1 line and do not enter start time on date 2 line
                 e.  Credits Tab:
                 f. Total CE Contact Hours: Enter total hours achieved if pass course
                 f. Location Contact Subs Tab:
             - Location: select fully online
             - Contact Name: type facilitator/instructor
             - Contact Phone Number: number or email contact of the instructor
                 g.  Membership/Pricing tab:
                 - Price: enter the course price
                 h. Course Misc Settings: this is completed once all 8 modules have been created so that you can add all 8 modules to module
                   0 to create a bundle course because participants can take individual courses or all 8 bundled courses together.
                 -Course certification program section select each module to be added to course.
                 i.  Click save settings at bottom of page.
             4. Update flyer:
             a. Learning outcomes (Draft language: At the completion of the course, participants should be able to demonstrate increased knowledge of theories and
             concepts related to case management, as well as demonstrate increased competence in working with families in need.)
             b. Completion Requirements (Draft language: Completion requirements include: successful completion of the course content; passing grade of at least 75%
             on course assessments.)
             c. Number of CEUs (Draft language: Participants will receive .1 CEU for each module.  Total CEUs for the Case Management Certification will equal to .8
             CEUs.)
