            2.4 - Support Services Standard Operating Procedures


            Support services (administrative and technical support) for instructors, instructional designers and
            development staff, program evaluators and/or administrators prior to, during and following learning
            events. Examples of this may include training and/or support services in a standard operating
            procedure (SOP) manual that is given to staff involved in the design, development, delivery and
            evaluation of learning events.
