Standard Operating Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that instructional and support staff have the tools
that they need in order to successfully complete their responsibilities. This include contact
resources before, during and after completion of the learning event.

issue is resolved or will alert the appropriate person to address the issue.
