Findings and Results:

• Respondents indicate that they find the course to be very valuable. They report that they
learned a lot and find the information directly applicable to their work. The course is
well-designed and easy to follow. As a fully online course, this feedback is extremely
relevant because these comments correspond with best practices for online learning.
• Learners also report that they find the course objectives to be accurate and correlate well
with the actual instruction.
• There were no accessibility issues and the I5O Team was very responsive to any needs
that occurred during the term.
• Respondents also report satisfaction with the instructor and found her to be very helpful.
She was very patient and went out of her way to ensure that outcomes were met.
• One respondent mentioned that the course could perhaps be shortened a bit. No other
learner mentioned this. Most students report that the course is well-paced.

Evaluation of Results:
Based on the course feedback from surveys and documentation from the evaluation of learning
events form, this course effectively achieved the learning outcomes. Although there was one
comment about the pacing of the course, no changes are recommended at this time. The
overwhelming majority of learners report that they enjoy that the course is self-paced within the
weekly module design. As a fully online course, a significant design feature is self-efficacy---
learners should be able to work at their own pace within the unit module. They can complete
work in a time and manner that is conductive to their work life balance.
