                                        ASSOCIATION

       Greetings Lions and Leos:

Although it is hard to realize that this Lionistic Year is almost over, the PDGs are
grateful that they have completed their respective assignments which include the
       following:

       a) Leadership Development - Mentoring and Training prospective District Governors

       b) Screening and selection of an honoree for the MD20 Leadership Award.
       c) Screening and selection of The Earl & Ruth Williams Awardee.
       d) Screening and selection of recipient for a Leo Leadership Award.
       e) Conducting annual Club Officers’ workshops.

The Association continues to offer various organizational skills, leadership guidance
and other relevant strategies for the enhancement and development of our members and
       clubs.

“We envision ourselves as leaders, leading and in so doing making today’s vision,
       tomorrow’s reality.”

The cycle starts again as of July 1, 2022, when I pass the baton to the next elected
president of our PDG Association. We look forward to another successful and
productive year as we partner with our incoming DG and her team and work to achieve
       her service goals and objectives.

It was indeed a pleasure to serve as the president for the past year and I am thankful for
the experience and support that I gained. I wish our incoming president much success.

       Respectfully submitted
       Lion Barbara Moody, PDG
