            DISTRICT 20 - K1                                            DG Debbie inducts three new members
          GENERAL MEETING                                                         into Crown Heights

          The first District General Meet-
          ing was held at Antun’s Banquet
                          ,
          Hall on September 23  2019. The
          meeting was promptly called to
          order by DG Deborah Harrison,
          after members enjoyed a sump-
          tuous buffet dinner.  Lion Ron
          Greene prayed the Invocation
          then Lion Ty’East Bobb led the
          recitation of The Pledge of Alle-
          giance.   DG Debbie welcomed
          the audience which consisted of
          representatives from more than
          90% of the clubs.  She thanked
          them for their support.  Dignitar-
          ies and guests were introduced by
           st
          1  VDG Jacqueline V. Phillips.
          They included PID Douglas Alex-                                  20-K1 Graduates of MD 20 Lions
          ander, PCC Gloria Askew, 12                                            Leadership Institute
          PDGs and Ms. Guilla Bohannon.
          She was a special guest who
          makes and donates free wigs for
          children who are suffering from

          Governor Debbie suggested that
          20-K1 could collaborate with her
          on this unique project. Clubs were

          recognized by 2  VDG Anthony
          Cochran.
          The agenda included cabinet,
          GAT and committee reports, the
          installation of committee chairs
          and the presentation of awards
          and recognitions.    A new Lion
          was also installed.
          Exit reports acknowledged that
          this was a very productive meet-
          ing!
