These clubs have established a church member check the

St Paul’s Episcopal Church which has
taken a leadership role in serving the
Flatbush community.
On Thanksgiving Day members of both
clubs took time away from their families Lion and congregants
to assist in the packaging of pose for a Photo Op on
approximately 340 hot meals that were Christmas Day
distributed in the Parkside Plaza area. In
addition, Brooklyn Alpha made a
financial donation of $140 to the project.
Both clubs again collaborated with St
Paul’s and some members of John Hus
Moravian Church to package and serve
approximately 250 meals on Christmas
Day. Gloves, hats, scarves and fresh
fruits were also distributed.
As always, it gives us pleasure to “team
and serve from the heart” to make sure
that others have something to eat,
especially during the holiday season.
