Hello Lions, Leos and fellow humanitarians,

Where there is a need, there is a Lion. When a region is recovering
from a natural disaster, a community is facing food insecurity, a
family just learned their child has cancer, or any other humanitarian

needs arise, Lions are poised to help, empowered by Lions Clubs
International Foundation (LCIF). I am very happy to report that
during the week of the August Board of Trustees Meeting, 85
grants were approved, totaling US$9.4 million.

Giving to our foundation ensures that your generosity makes the

most impact, both locally and globally, and in communities large and
small. This month’s newsletter highlights some of the ways
donations to LCIF take our service to even greater heights. You will

also discover new ways LCIF recognizes those gifts, and an
example of how Lions are coming together to fundraise and gain
even more support for the foundation that makes so much of our
service possible. Thank you to everyone who continues to donate
and share the stories of impact we create together.
