                          We are currently looking for engaging and enthusiastic individuals to fill our


                                                             Shift Supervisor



                                   roles at Starbucks Paseo Herencia and Starbucks Marketplace.


         Some responsibilities:

         Connecting with customers to build relationships and seeking to exceed their expectations; Applying problem solving

         skills to effectively address Partner, Customer and Business challenges; Upholding quality standards and actively coaching
         others to deliver high-quality, handcrafted coffee beverages and food; Teaching and coaching team on the Customer
         Service Vision and behaviors: Anticipate, Connect, Personalize and Own ; Supporting the team when products,
         promotions or work is new; Embracing diversity and welcoming and learning from people with different backgrounds
         and perspectives; Identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance your and others’ performance; Follows store
         operating policies, procedures and standards, including cash register/management practices as well as store safety and
         security, and ensures the safety of all other partners during each shift.

         Summary of Experience:


         • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment— min. 1 year
         • Experience in a role that requires constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers—min. 1 year
         • Delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees—min. 1 year

         Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

         • Ability to direct the work of others
         • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team

         • Effective oral communication skills in English, Spanish and Papiamento
         • Knowledge of the retail environment
         • Strong interpersonal skills


         Education:

         College degree (MBO)
