4. Reservation options
FCEA has created various reservation systems to benefit all customers and parties involved.
• Via web portal, this is connected through RBC and First Atlantic Bank via WooCommerce System,
which has proven to be a reliable system during FCEA’s time of operations
• By phone, WhatsApp and social media, the Reservation Department is available from Monday to
Sunday from 8.00 – 17.00 (at the office number and email) and after office hours to our call center
from 17:00 to 22:00 (at the office cellphone and number and email)
• By email, the customers can send a booking request through the website portal or a direct email
with the booking request. The booking is confirmed with payment through a credit card
authorization form
• Via the web shop on the FCEA official website www.firstclassaruba.com, customers can book the
services directly. After the bookings process, the FCEA, reservations department receives an email
notification of the confirmed booking.
• Through various hotel partners, the bookings are placed in the client’s portfolio, and the hotel
directly charges the client. FCEA sends an invoice to the hotel at the end of the month or bi-
monthly
• Through local partners such as Tour Operators etc., clients are directly charged by the local partner,
and FCEA sends an invoice to the partners at the end of the month
• Through international partners such as travel agencies, transportation, and greeting services
providers, directly charges the client where FCEA sends a Credit Card Authorization form to pay
FCEA directly
• Through International booking agent’s platform, the guest book the service through the booking
platform, we book this, and the platforms pays us out 1x per month
• And on the premises of the Airport at the Check in Terminal or before Passport control also at
Arrival Terminal then following payment process at the Airport Sales Office
