2. POS system
The POS systems used by FCEA are very reliable and accepts all standard credit and debit cards and are
safe and recognized system by Aruba Bank and RBC Bank locally and the First Atlantic Bank
internationally. As most of the bookings go through the web shop, First Atlantic Commerce Bank is also
lined to FCEA local RBC Bank account. We use two POS of Aruba bank and 1 POS of RBC, but in
addition the manual POS system of the First Atlantic Commerce bank is also applicable as last resource.
The POS system provides a process receipt, a settled receipt and a bank transaction report is also provided
with each transaction by the bank. A historical record of all gross receipt, airport sales transactions are at
hand for accounting and auditing purposes.
FCEA has a web development company and maintenance contract to do any updates, control and back up
on the website, our reservation back end when necessary and to react immediately to any system errors,
threats that can or may occur.
