COST CONTROLLER

Qualifications:
 Accounting degree
 Minimum 5 years of hotel accounting experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 Excellent written and verbal English skills;
 Good communication and presentation skills;
 Able to process, analyze, interpret and present relevant data on the
performance of the F&B and Maintenance department;
 Extensive experience in working with MS Office and general accounting
systems (preferable Sage 100);
 Able to write reports and business correspondence, effectively present
information and respond to questions from managers;
 Computer literate with exposure to costing and cost control measures
preferably with hotel experience;
 Must be able to review and analyze daily food & beverage and
maintenance department costs and generating various MIS reports
including monthly financial reports;
 Must have knowledge on how to work with the Adaco system;
 Able to personally supervise and reconcile month– end inventories of
costs.
