                        Responsible  for  full  review  of  all  administration  practices  and  procedures  leading  to
                          project  management  of  remedial  action  programme  in  collaboration  with  senior
                          management  team,  project  management  of  administrational  implications  of  the
                          introduction of the euro in the Republic of Ireland and active role in the development of
                          the  senior  team  leading  to  greater  institutionalisation  of  focused  planning,  team  self-
                          reviews and learning, objectives and benefit realisation

               1993 -  1999 AXA Equity & Law International, then Old Mutual International,
               Isle of Man

               Position - Lead internal consultant

                        Reporting to Group H.R. Director
                        Responsible  for  leading  the  team  of  12  internal  consultants  (with  specific  personal
                          responsibility  for  the  IoM,  Dublin  and  Guernsey  operations)  in  the  planning  and
                          implementation  of  a  £2m  Group  wide  culture  change  initiative  designed  to  improve
                          productivity, reduce costs, enhance staff belief and buy-in into the corporate strategy,
                          focus  resource  more  effectively,  structure  increased  automation,  highlight  regulatory
                          importance, identify and develop key staff etc

               Position - Head of Operations and Deputy General Manager

                        Reporting to Managing Director
                        Member of senior management team
                        Responsible  for  Administration,  I.T.,  Management  Information,  Financial  Operations
                          (payments), Commission and Facilities
                        Established Dublin operation for Group
