How to Run a Recert Report
Identifying Cases due for Recert
• From report manager search for the ‘Recert Due’ report
• In the “End of Episode From” Field choose the date as ‘7 days’ from today’s date and in the
To field ‘14 days’ from todays date to identify those cases where the episode is ending 7-14
days from today

Interpreting the Report
The report is filtered by case manager
24 hours prior to the POD calls, the CFM must send the list of episodes ending to the field
clinician who are joining the POD calls
During the POD call the field clinician will inform the CFM of the Recert status
