2. HCHB- Add-on Orders-Incomplete Workflow
This Report is used by the CFMs and Branch Directors
o Report should be run daily
o Report shows Add on Orders that are in incomplete status
o CFMs are responsible for reviewing the reports and following up to
complete the workflow task
3. HCHB- Pending Admits with Incomplete Workflow
• Report shows pending admissions with incomplete workflow/tasks
• CFM/Director should run daily
• Filter to own branch
• The system updates this report every 4 hours
• Branch Directors should use this report to review all pending workflows
for branch
• CFM/Director should also use this report to plan ahead for admissions
Additional Notes/Tips:
- Case Mix Detail Report will only appear on Medicare cases
-On calendar- do not select Add button
-Claim Code billing should be blank or default to Direct Patient Care.
o A way to bill for different visits.
-Red Tasks-150%of time elapsed=overdue
-Orange task-Due now
-White task-New
-The CRM must complete 2 Tasks to approve the 485 and release the case
to the scheduler
-CRM can hold the 485 for 5 days to allow PT/OT/SLP/MSW to go in and
complete their visit
- Green visits on the calendar cannot be edited
- No maximum limit on the number of Care Types
- No limit for physicians, but only one physician can be primary

- CFM makes Welcome call prior to completing Review/Approve Referral After Payor

- Use Initial Welcome Call Coordination Note
- Can only put in 2 disciplines in referral. If more than 2 disciplines needed, put need
for discipline in Coordination Note
