Discipline:
Violations of the Code of Conduct leads to discipline which depends on the
severity of the violation
Goal:
Working together to ensure delivery of the highest quality services with the 5
highest ethical, business and legal standards

2. Questionable billing, coding, or medical record documentation

3. Unethical or Illegal business practice
4. Giving or accepting something of value in exchange for patient
referrals or other business
5. Inferior quality of care
6. Altering medical or business records
7. Conflict of Interest
8. HIPAA Violations
*VNSNY will not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone
for reporting a Compliance concern
