Personnel who violate VNSNY Policies and Procedures
or Laws and Regulations Will be Disciplined
Discipline is based on the severity of the violation:
1. Reprimand/Performance Improvement Plan
2. Suspension/Termination
3. Referral to Office of Professional Discipline (OPD)-
License Suspension
4. Referral to Federal & State governmental authorities
