                  1.    Planning
                        The planning must involve these aspects:
                              What you will be presenting
                              Who your audience is
                              Where you will be presenting


                  2.    Designing the slides
                        Below  are  some  design  principles  we  must  follow  to  create  good  PowerPoint
                  slides:
                        a.   Slide Layout

                                   We need to start with designing with paper and pen and taking a note
                             the important points that we must convey in the presentation. Simple layouts
                             will make our slides look more elegant and professional. The consistency of
                             design and color will help tie all of our slides together.
                                   On a slide, don’t overcrowd with text and image. We can leave empty
                             space called ‘white space' to draw the audience attention. We can also use the
                             common layout design called rule of thirds. If we divide the screen using two
                             imaginary  lines  horizontally  and  two  vertically,  we  will  get  nine  sections.
                             That’s what we call rule of thirds.
